LAS VEGAS CENSUS PLEASE FILL OUT THIS FORM AND RETURN BY MAIL. COLT JACKSON BASIC INFORMATION
FREE FORM APPLICATION PHYSICAL: Race - White; English, Scottish background. Height - 5'11'' Body Type - Quite fit considering his age, strong arms and a solid center. Marks - Nothing specific. Nationality - American Voice - Low and slightly on the gritty side. He mumbles his words, but his tone is surprisingly pleasant to the ears; slow and warm like honey. Wardrobe - Well dressed but simple. Wears a typical suit and tie at work and switches to t-shirts and jeans while relaxing. Insists on tacky ties for any holiday. PSYCHOLOGICAL: Intelligence - Average intelligence, however he works extremely hard and dedicates to his tasks, giving him positive results for the most part. He believes hard work is more valuable than wit, though he is not afraid to share some of that as well. Temperament - Colt seems dispassionate about many things which makes him appear cold and not forthcoming. He is brutally blunt and honest to strangers and often frightens his employees because of his work ethics. He's not cruel, but he expects a lot out of his employees as he has a reputation to maintain and does not tolerate slackers very well. Colt is extremely hardworking, a perfectionist and a bit of a work-o-holic to the point he stresses himself out fairly easily. Funny enough, when it comes to small issues, Colt tends to lash out the most, losing his temper and barking out orders. But during extremely stressful and serious times, his emotions seem to retreat, making him appear eerily calm. Around family members and friends he is a lot more warm and takes himself less seriously around them. He cares about them deeply, though he may not necessarily always show that to them. It is more difficult for Colt to express fond emotions and seems to struggle finding the right words to let them know they are important to him. Fears - Most of Colt's fears revolve around work and family. He constantly worries about work, whether he is doing enough, what the future holds for him. As well, he thinks about Helena and the kids often. They are getting older and as they get older, they start to ask more questions and are becoming unique individuals. He fears for their safety, whether they are becoming good people or not, if they are making the right choices, if Colt is doing the right thing by letting them believe Helena's late husband is their father. Beliefs - Was raised catholic, but does not attend church often if not at all. Does believe the values are very important and applies them to every day life. He's not too concerned about whether he or others are going to hell or not; thinks if you are a good personal in general, you'll go to heaven. PERSONAL: Birthplace - Las Vegas, Nevada Family - Colt is an only child. His parents have retired and now live in Tampa, Florida. As well, Colt is the biological father of James and Margot Rodgers, though they are unaware of this detail and Colt intends to keep it that way. Friends - If you get past his off putting attitude, he is a loyal and dutiful friend. You might not see a whole lot of him due to his demanding schedule, but he's the type to show up as soon as you need him. Helena Rodgers is his closest and dearest friend to him, he would trust her with his life. Though he has very complicated feelings for her, he has never allowed them to cloud his judgment or make Helena's life any more complicated. He respects her and in doing so he sacrifices his own desires for her. Marital Status - Single. People always joke that Colt is married to his work. He has had on and off girlfriends in the past, but none have ever stuck. Profession - Owner of the High Noon Casino. As most could tell, Colt isn't exactly the picture perfect image of a true cow boy. He has no southern accent or anything that would indicate he was born in raised in the south. Though he does have a gritty, cowboy esque look to him and Colt does dress up while working at the Casino to at least match the theme of his casino. Unlike most owners, Colt did not start High Noon had it passed down to him from a family member who owned it previously. Instead, Colt had worked at High Noon as a young man, starting from the bottom and working his way up through the ranks as the years progressed. He and the original owner of High Noon, an elder man named John Walker, bonded over the years. John appreciated Colt's loyalty and dedicated to the Casino and hotel. He took Colt under his wing and he became a son to the older man. He had children of his own, but they had forgotten him and had poor relations with their father. None of them had any interest in the business and parted ways, residing in different states across the country. When John Walker passed away, Colt was stunned to find out that in his will, he left the business to Colt, feeling he was the most eligible to continue running his legacy and stressed that he wanted his Casino to continue to grow and flourish as it did in his final days. The proposition was intimidating, but Colt eventually agreed and has been running the casino ever since. He goes out of his way to ensure that the wild west theme remains as strong as ever, as it was what made the casino and hotel so unique and was a part of John Walker's identity as well. Military - At the age of eighteen, Colt joined the marines, becoming a part of the 4th Marine Regiment and stationed in Shanghai, China for a couple of years. Talents - Colt doesn't exactly have what most would consider a 'talent'. He's not very creative, has no skills in the arts what so ever. A decent fibber, not nothing that could launch an acting career of any sorts. He played baseball in high school, but wasn't talented enough to play in the big leagues. His skills lies in his perseverance. He can endure long hours of hard labor and tedious tasks without so much as breaking a sweat. When he is focused on something, very little can break his concentration. He is a go-getter; someone who doesn't give up easily. He is comfortable approaching the unknown and learning things along the way. Abduction - The incident continues to anger Colt. He does not understand what happened, but has a few theories of his own. He believes the most realistic one would have to be the mafia being involved with the abduction. Maybe they drugged him, moved him out into the desert, a subtle but direct message that Colt needed to watch himself, that his business will not stand in the way of their own success here in Las Vegas. |
